La Carreta "Argentina"

 Quisiera describir aquí algunos problemas en la implementación de políticas relacionadas con compartir los recursos. Soy de Argentina y considero que mi país ha construido un relativo buen estado de bienestar en diversos aspectos como salud, educación, sistemas de previsión social, sistemas de asistencia social. Podría describir, según mi opinión, fortalezas y debilidades de cada uno de estos, pero el objetivo aquí es otro.

Este blog está dedicado a la “Nueva Economía” y se llama “Aprendiendo a Compartir”. No obstante, para poder iniciar políticas relacionadas con compartir los recursos se requiere que muchas variables estén alineadas de manera correcta, lograr consenso suficiente implica un trabajo arduo y de décadas de compromiso de todos los sectores involucrados.

¿Por qué el título de la carreta de Argentina? Porque me pareció correcta la analogía entre un medio de transporte para asimilar cómo puede ir desarrollándose un país.

Entonces, vamos a describir los conductores de dicha carreta: Políticos elegidos por Cargos Públicos, Sindicalistas que “representan a los trabajadores” y Empresarios. Ser un conductor en esta analogía significa que participan de las decisiones importantes en materia de “creación” de bienes y servicios, ya sea porque trabajan parar crearlos, promoverlos, controlarlos o dirigirlos en su realización.

Quiénes serían los caballos de esta carreta: También empresarios en algunos casos, trabajadores privados en relación de dependencia, trabajadores privados autónomos (incluyo aquí lo que en Argentina se denomina monotributo), trabajadores privados no registrados, trabajadores públicos que trabajan en prestaciones que brindan bienes y servicios (luego me referiré a esto más adelante). La definición del caballo tiene que ver con la velocidad y con la creación de bienes y servicios que sirven para vivir y mejorar la convivencia en sociedad de todas las personas. En esto es lo que muchas veces los políticos han perdido la brújula, en definitiva, no importa el sistema que nos gobierne, sino que “toda” la sociedad tenga cada día mejores bienes y servicios. Actualmente, también habría que añadir como características de esos bienes y servicios que no tiendan a convertirse en nocivos para el medioambiente. Y “toda” se refiere a crear un equilibrio ascendente en lo que respecta a la distribución de los recursos.

Quiénes van arriba de la carreta: Los adultos mayores, ya sean que reciban o no una compensación por el trabajo que realizaron mientras estaban activos; los niños de 0 años hasta la escuela secundaria, los jóvenes que estudian pero que no trabajan (en este caso en general dependen de sus padres), los jóvenes que no trabajan (sea por el motivo que fuera), las amas y amos de casa (que también son fundamental para el correcto funcionamiento del país); otras personas que por diversos factores no pueden realizar trabajos de brindar bienes y servicios a la sociedad. En este caso, se produce una mezcla rara, porque muchas de estas personas aportan a la creación de bienes y servicios, otras cosechan el fruto de su trabajo y otras por diversas situaciones necesitan una ayuda para mantenerse arriba de la carreta y ser parte de la misma.

 

Veamos un pequeño cuadro que efectué, en base a información de distintos lugares, acerca de cómo está conformada la carreta de Argentina actualmente -octubre 2020 -obvio con ciertas estimaciones- y cómo estaba conformada hace 20 años. Lo que refiere a personas se expresa en millones.

Efectuemos algunas inferencias para analizar más en profundidad:

Empleo privado, casi no se movió en 20 años, incluso parece haber retrocedido. Aquí voy a realizar 2 inferencias fundamentales. La primera es la situación del empleo en relación a la tecnología, la informatización, y el aumento de la productividad del ser humano por la incorporación de mejor maquinaria/tecnología; mi posición la dejé clara aquí http://nuevaeconomiaycompartir.blogspot.com.ar/2016/03/como-esta-el-mundo-respecto-de-empleo.html. En resumen, en el futuro y en el presente se crea cada vez menos empleo y esta es una de las causas por lo que los sistemas basados en compartir los recursos deben implementarse. Incluso, el futuro no tan lejano, gran parte de los bienes y servicios no los realizaremos los hombres y mujeres, y esto es lo que tenemos que proyectar y aprender a vivir en evolución con ello.

En el caso de Argentina, ha sido escaza la generación de puestos de trabajo privados y se han generado condiciones que no incentivan a las personas a transformarse en caballos de la carreta y tirar. Lo que ha sucedido es que a medida que hubo años de bonanza crecieron empleo público, fundamentalmente en provincias y municipios, y también los “beneficios” que otorga el Estado. Cuando llegaron los años magros, lo que sucede aproximadamente desde 2012, el empleo privado comenzó a caer, pero el público no, además con cada cambio de gestión se suma en general más empleo público. Esta compensación para paliar la pérdida de empleo privado no ha servido en el país y las soluciones pueden pasar por: (i) incentivar con créditos productivos para que los empleados públicos puedan salir del Estado; (ii) generar programas de crédito privado para proyectos de nuevos bienes y servicios -aquí hay que ser muy cuidadoso, porque la mayoría apunta a bienes y servicios que se duplican o compiten con otro y sólo hay desplazamiento, pero no crecimiento- y que dichos programas haya cierto beneficio para tomar empleados del Estado -principalmente de gobiernos provinciales y municipales-; (iii) incentivar programas para federalizar la población, sobre esto escribí en: http://nuevaeconomiaycompartir.blogspot.com.ar/2016/11/rearmando-las-ciudades-del-futuro.html

 

En el caso de los políticos, además de los cargos electivos que contienen los cargos nacionales, provinciales y municipales por elección, hay que adicionarle todo cargo público que entra cuando hay nuevos nombramientos posteriormente a las elecciones. También hay que sumarle asesores que ingresan y se van en el período del cargo electivo. Estos 2 casos están incorporados en el empleo público. Y además de eso, lo más importante es medir el costo de la política argentina en relación a otros países. Vemos también que ha crecido desproporcionadamente el empleo en provincias y municipios. Es fundamental encarar planes concretos para que dichos empleos disminuyan y comience a fluir mayor producción de bienes y servicios en muchas jurisdicciones. Esto debería hacerse con una mejor ley de coparticipación. Asimismo, aunque en el contexto actual es difícil pensar en ello, con las restricciones existentes por temas sanitarios, debe hacerse. Muchas jurisdicciones se han transformado en feudos que poco aportan y con escasez de ideas.

La ley de coparticipación federal hoy actúa como un límite interno. Teniendo en cuenta que existen impuestos de recaudación por el Estado Nacional, con buen tino la ley pretende que las provincias que más producen y están más desarrolladas aporten, parte de lo que le correspondería de ciertos impuestos nacionales sí el reparto fuera proporcional a su producción, mediante cesión de cierto porcentaje que se distribuye a provincias menos desarrolladas. Primer error, está pendiente la sanción de una ley a fondo que estudie la coparticipación. Segundo error, esté sistema, que queda al arbitrio del gobierno de turno, no conlleva el establecimiento de objetivos por parte de las provincias que menos reciben. Esto último, crea en el tiempo un nulo impulso para mejorar y el estado de dicha provincia se convierte en un botín político que sirve para repartir fondos. Seguramente, todo gobernante quiere que su estado/provincia mejore, pero también saber que los fondos nacionales llegan por meses, años y años, provoca un letargo en los impulsos a generar bienes y servicios nuevos que no dependan de la intervención del estado. Tampoco, se analiza en la coparticipación la evolución de la población de cada jurisdicción, esto es otro grave error, ya que Argentina no es un país que se destaque por tener políticas de federalización y distribución equitativa de su población.

Finalmente, en este aspecto, hay que terminar con las dobles cámaras en los poderes legislativos provinciales que aún tienen 2 cámaras. Achicar el número de legisladores. Fusionar municipios y también provincias. Esto es complejo, pero en algún momento hay que tomar decisiones fuertes.

Tercera edad, creo que sobre este sector hay que diferenciar 2 temas, el primero relacionado con el aumento de la expectativa de vida, que se da en muchos países. Esto produce que el sistema parece colapsar en muchos países, porque la población de abajo ya no sustenta económicamente a los de mayor edad con sus aportes y la de abajo crece menos rápidamente que décadas atrás, la relación de 3 trabajadores activos versus 1 retirado es ya una fantasía. En Argentina, qué puede hacerse. Yo diría que un tema pasa por quitar beneficios previsionales de privilegio que no tengan que ver con la cantidad de años de aporte, como jubilaciones y pensiones de políticos y parte del sistema judicial. El segundo es quitar la carga tributaria en forma de aportes y transformarla en impuesto al consumo, más un seguro de retiro para los empleados en relación de dependencia. Habría que implementar un adicional a los retirados en base a su consumo por aumento del impuesto para compensarlos. Pero, creo que hay muchos expertos en el tema que pueden estudiar y efectuar programas que sirvan para solucionar esto de cara a futuro.

 

Más allá de que no es posible analizar detalladamente todos los problemas del país, trataré de finalizar haciendo mención a la parte de los menores de edad. Mucho se dice en Argentina acerca de la infantilización de la pobreza y que más del 50% de los menores de 12 años son pobres. Es cierto. Sin embargo, atribuir esto a unas pocas causas como la falta de buena política, la falta de continuidad de buenas políticas económicas, la falta o sobrante de la presencia del Estado en ciertas áreas, es un error. En síntesis, desde hace más de 40 años se han conjugado 2 factores, clases medias y altas han disminuido la cantidad promedio de hijos y han aumentado el promedio de edad de procreación, mientras que clases bajas han mantenido los mismos niveles, e incluso se ha sucedido que en ciertos lugares del país ha bajado la edad de procreación. Esto, si suponemos que el promedio de inicio en medias y altas está en 33 años, mientras que en bajas está en 20 años, cabría para decir que solamente con estos números más que se duplicaron las personas en segmentos socioeconómicos bajos. Sumado a la falta de oportunidades y el estancamiento de la movilidad social, tenemos un país en una situación poblacional vulnerable. Es bueno, pensar que un Estado presente atiende ciertas necesidades con por ejemplo la AUH. Sin embargo, es malo pensar que esto se puede mantener sin tomar medidas de largo plazo que tiendan a que las personas puedan mejorar sus vidas por sí mismas.

En un mundo globalizado, en donde todos los países compiten entre sí por bienes y servicios, hay que pensar que la carreta no puede cargarse indefinidamente.

No obstante, como mundo, no como país, hasta que no suceda el emerger del Instructor del Mundo y sus Maestros de Sabiduría, seguiremos navegando en la tormenta. Entiendo que es cuestión de muy pocos años para que el mayor evento en la historia de la humanidad suceda. La esperanza de un mundo mejor es cada vez más cercana.

El Fin del Sistema Global Actual. El Mayor Cambio en la Historia se aproxima

Esta nota la escribo para que muchos sepan que lo que pasa no es un evento aislado, es una consecuencia de oportunidades desperdiciadas por la humanidad. Sí al leer toda la nota sienten que es correcto, sigan con otras notas, todas intentan describir desde distintos ángulos lo que pasa y lo que pasará. Pese al dolor actual, a que nos puede tocar a cualquiera, estamos en el fin de la tormenta, quizás sea de algunos meses, pero cesará, aunque nada será como antes, será mejor para la mayoría y quizás no tan bueno para pocos.

Pero, en resumen, no es culpa de todos.

La ceguera de los poderosos, que incluyen a políticos de diversos ámbitos, empresarios de mucho rubros, accionistas y directores de los grandes bancos mundiales y muchas multinacionales, que tienen la gran mayoría de los dirigentes mundiales acerca de: (i) creer que más comercialización resuelve la crisis actual; (ii) creer que hay producir más y más, para consumir más y más, para que haya más empleo y crear un círculo virtuoso; (iii) creer que los problemas de fondo se arreglan con soluciones financieras como emitir deuda o moneda, es el gran espejismo que nos rodea como sociedad y como humanidad. Este espejismo los hace ver sólo que quieren ver y por lo tanto quedan cegados, aunque tengan buena voluntad. La totalidad de problemas que hay en el mundo, y de los cuales sobre algunos menciono en distintos artículos del blog, son muchos y complejos y poner en análisis la totalidad de variables es sumamente complejo, incluso para los gobernantes y sus asesores.

Asimismo, este espejismo al cual me refiero es alentado por la forma de enseñar economía, o sea por un sin número de influyentes economistas que están diseminados por todo el globo, y también por vastos sectores del periodismo que impulsan el mismo sistema desde su forma de expresarse o medio de comunicación que poseen o para el cual trabajan. Creo que hay mucha buena voluntad para transformar el mundo para bien, la mayor parte del mundo tiene personas que pueden expresar buena voluntad hacia un cambio favorable para todos. Pero la ceguera y el espejismo generan que se busquen soluciones que no van a funcionar o que serán sólo paliativos parciales. También hay muchos economistas que resaltan cómo el mundo ha avanzado y son gurúes que siguen muchos millonarios, y hay muchos millonarios que se dedican a la filantropía; esto es un gran avance respecto de décadas atrás, aunque no es suficiente. Hay que ir más profundo, reconocer la unidad de los seres humanos y actuar en base a ello. Sin un impulso divino, esto no sucederá. Gran parte de los que toman decisiones importantes acerca del mundo no ven que somos, como habitantes de este planeta, parte de un gran ser al que muchos llamamos Dios, y que sí lo es, aunque nuestra percepción de EL es infinitesimal respecto de lo que realmente es. Dios es también nuestra misma naturaleza, hasta el más pequeño de los átomos que la componen. Sin embargo, como no reconocen ni siquiera partes mínimas de esa unidad no trabajan para que haya mayor unidad, sino que trabajan por poder, por codicia, por ego o por el simple hecho de ser complacientes. Muchos, se preguntarán complacientes con qué; la respuesta es con el sistema actual, así estamos bien, así puede mejorar el mundo. Pues no. Ya ha habido demasiadas oportunidades de que como sociedad mundial cambiemos, algunas pequeñas, otras muy grandes, pero las hemos desperdiciado, algunas no las han escondido o tapado con dinero o simplemente las hemos dejado pasar. Esta vez, tendremos que pensar en serio, pensar cuáles son nuestros problemas como mundo, uno por uno. Esta vez, nuestros cimientos como sociedad serán removidos. Y sí es necesario, en el medio de nuestro sufrimiento, nuestro recogimiento, nuestro pesar o lo que sea que nos toque vivir, nos golpearán de nuevo, nos golpearán hasta que despertemos y nos demos cuenta del gran cambio que la sociedad necesita.

El lector se preguntará qué se define como sistema. Esto intenta ser respondido en las notas del blog, abordando algunos de los problemas que nuestra sociedad actual tiene, pero podríamos sintetizar el mismo y al problema, como el exceso de comercialización existente en el mundo. Exceso vinculado a aspectos o segmentos de la sociedad que no deberían ser pasibles de comercializar, pero que hoy están vistos como un negocio. La salud es un negocio, la educación es un negocio, la seguridad/inseguridad es un negocio, la justicia se ha vuelto un negocio, los gastos de defensa de un país son un negocio, la política es un negocio, el bienestar de las personas mayores es para muchos sólo una ecuación económica. Además, el exceso de comercialización lleva a la competitividad, la competitividad lleva a la complacencia y la complacencia lleva a la inacción o querer mantener el estatus quo.

Por qué tenemos que casi llegar a caer en un abismo antes de comenzar un cambio, por qué el dolor o la parálisis que pueden provocar ciertos eventos actuales pueden ser los disparadores del cambio y fundamentalmente por qué llegar a estos extremos. Intentaré una respuesta sencilla de explicar con una suerte de parábola. Sí alguien nos ofrece algo una o varias veces, pero tenemos las manos llenas de algo que pensamos que nos sirve, nos es útil o necesario o pensamos muy profundamente que es así, es muy probable que rechacemos ese ofrecimiento. Quizás lo sigamos rechazando hasta que nos encontramos con las manos vacías, hasta que no podemos recargar lo que teníamos o que lo que teníamos no funciona de la misma manera. Quizás lo hagamos hasta sentir una suerte de inanición espiritual. Este proceso por el cual nos conformábamos con tal o cual sistema, o este sistema del que hablé en el párrafo anterior, lo podemos denominar complacencia.

La complacencia es lo que nos lleva a decir estoy bien, o estaré bien. Nos lleva a no pensar en todos como unidad. Finalmente, nos lleva a la inacción. Sumemos a la ecuación que la complacencia suele rodearse de dos “C” -corrupción y codicia-. Le pido al lector que piense como estas tres “C” actúan entrelazadas y lo que pueden causar a un sistema.

El cambio que viene no será maquillaje, no será reparar partes rotas. Será con una importante parte de la humanidad trabajando para lograr algo nuevo, una monumental reconstrucción de nuestras instituciones y hasta estructuras de funcionamiento de la sociedad, tomando lo que sirve, que también es mucho, pero buscando nuevas formas sociales, nuevos medios de transporte, creando recreando nuestras ciudades, nuevas y mejores formas de producir bienes y servicios, pero fundamentalmente tendrá una característica: aprender a compartir. Una parte muy importante del mundo desea que haya justicia en el mundo, desea que haya mayor equidad, desea una vida digna y desea pensar que puede tener felicidad y un futuro mejor: tiene que quedar claro, sin compartir los recursos mundiales no hay justicia y el resto se desvanece. Sólo aprender a compartir hará que evolucionemos raza humana que somos.

Finalmente, quisiera decir al lector que nunca pensé que llegaríamos a este momento de inanición, que como integrante de esta sociedad mundial desearía que los cambios hubieran empezado mucho antes; pero aquí estamos, y sinceramente creo que no se puede volver esta vez a formas del pasado. Compartir no es más una opción, es el único camino.

Economic Thought Regrouping Through Master of Wisdom Emerge

In that I referred to, as men and women,  we can not recognized ourselves as a unit; I spoke that man as an individual and as a society is part of a very broad and unknown evolutionary plan. Men and women are souls in incarnation with an evolving purpose as individuals and as a race. Currently, when we are governed by the maximization of individual efforts, we think that getting some achieves general well-being will be get, we have a submission to market forces, and not even the best economist is able to make a global definition that implies a glorious future for all the people in this planet. Because of this and not to repeat what I have been said several times, humanity is today with around 3 billion people in poverty, 1/7 who go hungry every day, wealth is concentrated more and more decade by decade and world pollution seems unstoppable. On the other hand, I want to be very clear, although there are similarities in the present or perhaps in the future, the opinions or ideas expressed in this note and in the blog represent my ideas and not people involved in spreading the emergence of the Instructor of the world opinion.

Now, why is this vision of unity in economy so important? The answer is simple, because by not recognizing men, through their actions in governments, in corporations, in large financial companies, and in different positions of power, that we are part of a higher unit, some variables are placed as priorities in a wrong place of society. And many of them are harmful for the planet in the long run. For example: Economic growth by itself implies or will help to ensure equality in the wealth distribution without the business or property system being reviewed; that profit maximizing of a company generate wellness in society; that risk searching in obtaining profit implies benefits for society. The reader may ask or think: As the planet is nowadays, as societies act nowadays, as countries act nowadays unity is impossible to get! Who and how can achieve mental openness necessary in the most powerful and influential thinkers and world leaders to begin a real change in world priorities?

He will be the guide and humanity adviser in many aspects, how (i) Saving millions of people who starve to death every year in abundance world and make ecological issues priorities for men; (ii) making recommendations about social priorities so that appropriate food, housing, education, and medical care become universal rights in all the countries; (iii) Begining to promote an unprecedented political and economic transformation, which leads the inhabitants to recognize themselves as a unit in this planet, to see us as brothers, so that we could accept that sharing resources is the best system that will lead to evolve to The humanity.

Maitreya or The World´s Instructor (because He is a teacher in the broad sense of the word) will not come alone. For the first time in history, for thousands and thousands of years, very enlightened beings, who are known esoterically as Masters of Wisdom, will gradually become present on our life daily in some regions or cities. This group of Masters, among them will be the Master Jesus too, will work strongly in the union and the new vision / mission for all the people in this planet. They will begin to be part our present days and will talk about the different and each needs in every groups of people, about our current problems. They will try to canalize through unity and create consensus with their advice. I will only comment about them, they have a kind of supreme wisdom, if we compared them with our current leader’s average knowledge. They come to guide us, because of humanity is governed by the laws of free will and cause and effect, and will advise individuals and a group of different ideological thoughts. But they can not infringe free will, which is sacrosant. They will show humanity's possible path to an evolutionary leap through the implementation of socio-economic principles related to sharing resources. This will be the path, there may be stones or delays, but the path is already drawn.

Their presence will generate an effect blow so great, their coexistence, their advices, and so humanity could approach the unity. They will foster one of the basic aspects of universal love, the goodwill and willingness in men to work for the good of all people. They will work hard to dampen the differences in ideas existing among men today, they will work to create true consensus. When consensus is formed, and I am not speaking about a simple majority vote, if not that a very important part of society (perhaps more than 80%) agrees that such a measure is the way to get or to solve a certain problem. So, everyone could take action to achieve it and the sticks in the wheel will be smaller. Therefore, the action will prosper.

At the beginning, it will not be easy and many will not respond to their guidance. But gradually a very important part of world society will understand and will follow their advice. In conclusion, it will be humanity who can choose between adhering to work with more cooperative principles, which in the long term generate a great evolution in socio-economic, political, scientific, population, agricultural, urban, etc.; or we continue as until now, thinking that this type of current society is the best we can build. Once, under the advice of the Masters, unity can be achieved, together we can move forward in the construction of a bright world.

The need for a new energy paradigm

This article is not intended to have a technical orientation, but to make a small conceptualization of the current energy matrix and the changes to be made in order to create a more spiritual world.

When new era is inaugurated, after wisdom teachers emerge into everyday life, after the World instructor does it; within an economy based on sharing resources, one of the greater topics will be related to energy and how to replace current sources of generation by more powerful and healthy sources regarding on the environment.

Because 2 main factors, energy paradigm change will have to be carried out quickly.

The first one is clearly connected with ecological issues. In 2014 that figure was 81%, we could say the use in the total matrix decreased, but what happened is that although renewable energies grew a lot in percentage, in absolute values the polluting sources grew in use more than 20% in 10 years. Although many companies and governments are trying to make progress using of the so-called alternative energies, the use of fuels seems to continue to increase. In this affirmation we consider: (i) the low cost of coal and the low investment in thermal power plants, using coal - the most polluting of all- or other fossil fuels continues to increase; (ii) comparatively thermal power plants are cheaper as an investment and with less time to set up, so the use of gas and liquid fuel also tends to increase, because of need more electric energy to favor the growth in any country; this is opposed to a healthy environmental strategy. On the other hand; the need to provide the current world market for gas and oil in all its forms (transport, agriculture, power generation, etc.), together with the multinational company lobbies dedicated to this sector, it causes new forms of extraction be used, these new ways can be detrimental to the planet, again urged by the country's need in the short term. The current generation scheme requires investments of billions of dollars to continue finding new deposits to supply humanity with a non-renewable, polluting and expensive resource in economic terms; all these great costs are dragged towards all the productive chain, and finally to the people who consume goods and services. So, all over the world most products in a very high percentage worldwide is related or has as some kind of cost associated with this way of producing and consuming energy.

Every day is more evident humanity urgently needs a new forms of energy with the following conditions: clean for the planet, cheaper in its generation and unlimited; and energy must be produced by machines or devices very durable and when they stop being used do not cause any damage to the environment or they can recycle in different ways.

Coal supplied the energy for the industrial revolution in the 18th and 19th centuries. When automobiles, airplanes arrived and with the generalization of the use of electricity, oil became the dominant fuel during the 20th century. The growth of oil as the main fossil fuel was reinforced by the continued decline in its price between 1920 and 1973. Thanks to its abundance and an insatiable demand for electricity in emerging countries and others, coal already accounted for about half of the increase in global energy demand in the first decade of the 21st century, underlined the International Energy Agency (IEA) , based in Paris.

As of January 2018, there were 448 reactors operating that produce around 11.5% of the world's electricity. And, according to the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency, there were 58 units under construction in countries such as China, India, Russia, South Korea, Finland or France. All of them, aware of the energy and environmental problems, build new nuclear plants because they believe that nuclear energy is an essential source for the present and future of their countries.

Countries such as Sweden, Italy, Belgium, Germany, New Zealand and Switzerland have given up using nuclear fission reactors to generate energy.

After this brief description, I would like to make some statements, which I will know these statements may seem like fantasy for the readers, but they are not:

(i) From the percentage point of view, ii has happened the same with oil, gas and coal. It has decreased the use of energy in percentage, but it has increased the amount produced in absolute values.

(ii) According to Master of wisdom certain considerations, fission nuclear energy is one of the most polluting and damaging ways for the planet. This is because it emits a type of radiation current scientists cannot measure. I can only offer a proof, which the readers probably don't believe, but if you look for it on Google “searches for UFO sightings in nuclear power plants”, you will find sightings everywhere. This is because, what in esotericism are called "Brothers of Space", within the limits of human free will, they help to clean part of nuclear radiation harmful to life on our planet.

(iii) This invisible pollution is largely the cause of certain mental illnesses massive emergence in the world. Currently, millions of people per year die of hunger, and millions more do not meet their basic needs for food, health, education and justice. Currently we produce 60% more food than we need, considering that all the food needs of each planet inhabitants can be covered. In the same path, between 70% and 80% of the world's resources are consumed by all developed countries. This prevailing order, it is considered virtuous by a lot of influential people, usually located at the top of the socioeconomic pyramid. But, it is rather a disorder and does not allow humanity to evolve in the right way. We live in a great system focuses on finances, on profits, and not focus on what is called “the art of being realization”, searching for a global happiness greater degree, based on improving goods and services, but without generating so many inequities.

Other objectives to be proposed could be: modify transport systems in several aspects; modify industrial relations to keep out men and women from the monotony of many jobs to allow omnicreativity to be expressed in all people; propose modifications to cities to transform them into beautiful and harmonious places that contribute to greater people's happiness; to re-establish in the world the great mysteries of the past that only few people knew, these will serve to spiritually elevate people and the human race; etc.
